DO NOT STAY HERE. Hosts gave our info to a personal driver who kept calling to offer services, accused us of using their washing machine, wouldn’t let us drink “her” water, and generally made the entire experience uncomfortable. I only have 300 characters to write it out but I have an entire document of our terrible experience. Not central to city center at all, you have to call a taxi to get anywhere and that adds up quickly. Arrived at 8pm and locked out bc hosts “forgot” people were coming.

Very nice homestay. Its clean, you reach night market in 10 minutes by scooter. You may use the Kitchen and the fridge. The owner also knows people who rent scooters and boats.

The Purple Place Homestay was so lovely. Very clean, cool AC , hospitable, and all together just the perfect stay. The host will help you figure out what you’d like to see and call the moped service for you to rent. She was so inviting and helpful, would definitely stay here again :)
