Don't worry, this is a deep downtown that is a bit different from other cities, despite its convenient location just a 5-minute walk from the station.
A 200 yen Takoyaki (octopus dumpling) shop, an Izakaya (Japanese style pub) opening at 8 AM, a soup shop at 4 AM, etc.
