I booked a stay here early in the evening. When I arrived to check in no one was at the door and I didn’t receive my code to enter the building until the following day which forced me to have to find a hotel at the last minute

Not female traveler friendly. The location is great but I left after one night since I didn’t feel safe/comfortable here. I’m no stranger to hostels but this was one unlike any I’ve been to before for a couple reasons: -no privacy in the beds, curtains draping not allowed. In a mixed gender dorm it’s not super comfortable to be able to see directly into the bunk of the person across from you - I didn’t realize until I reviewed them after the fact that there are no policies preventing guests with local IDs

The staff was very pleasant, bed was comfy, all travelers were respectful of quiet time. Felt safe (solo woman traveler). For the price it was above what I expected. Only nitpick was the bathroom by the dorm, could t tell if it was a leaky toilet or pee on the floor in front of it. That wouldn't stop me from booking again.
