Staff were very friendly and the hostel is in a great location, however facilities were not good. Only one bathroom for too many people and while we were there water issues meant the toilets didn’t flush on and off for two days. General cleanliness wasn’t great.

there is a rat problem in room 8 they say it's pigeons but it's not. there is noise every night and the reception didn't do anything for a few days. the common areas are below a smoking area so everything smells like an ashtray. the bathrooms are mixed. the beds are good

Cons: Didnt Feel clean, lack of cleanliness and no space to move one bathroom for a lot of people, the space was too small for number of people. Not mentioned on site : Deposit for keys, 5% transaction fee for credit card payments. For price to amenities i didnt think it was good experience not for foreigners. Pros: Staff were pleasant, central location in the city . Accommodating request when needing help.
