We are located right in front of the Beach at the famous JBR area in Dubai, which is a walking distance to the public beach as well as many lounges and restaurants near by. Supermarket, men and female saloon are also steps away.
Dubai marina area is right next to us as well on the back side and walking distance to Marina mall.
Rooms are shared with other guests, we provide cotton linens and sheets. There's also a shared swimming pool and a GYM in the building. There's also a house keeping lady available on site 24/7 Who looks after the guests comfort.
Air conditioning is available in all rooms through the apartment, TV cable with channels from over the world as well with packages of movies, shows and sports.

Cancellation policy: 3 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.
Check in from 6:00 to 24:00 .
Check out before 12:30 .
Payment upon arrival by cash, and PayPal with 3.5% fee.
