Haka House Wellington

One night stay and I was too tired all I need is a bed to rest. I would was good and friendly smiles greeted me. Location your heart of the city closed to everything. I would consider staying next time I will be in Wellington and stay bit longer. Thanks

The man in the front Javier was so kind and told me all the places nearby and what tourist attractions & spots were best he spoke Spanish too which helped break the ice I really would return with nice staff and the sweet German boss was kool 2 ! there was only 1 thing neg-I was locked out of my room ten min before with my hair wet and a towel wrapped around me and had to flee 6 stories down I don’t understand why I was locked out ten min before.. I was barefoot I hope this doesn’t happen again

Ensuite washroom had black mold and needed repairs. Floors got very wet from shower (just curtained part of the room). Staff member was rude and unaccommodating. Tried to charge $4pp for luggage storage for 15min, without providing any alternatives. Social activities posted didn’t occur. Wouldn’t recommend
