Was told that their were problems with the water pressure but after a long day & with an early flight I went to take a shower & there was no access to any water except a messily stream the size of a sink of freezing cold water. I was told by other residents the problem persisted all day & was told that someone would fix it by the next day after I had to leave for my flight. As I booked the reservation that day while they knew the problem persisted they had ample time to suggest to me to find a new reservati

We had a wonderful stay! The staff was very helpful, even with the language barrier. Slinda was patient and kind. This is my first trip to Guatemala and I felt immediately welcome and safe. The breakfast was perfect, fruit was delicious, and of course, three cups of Guatemalan coffee! It was the perfect first stop on an 8-week backpacking trip through Central America.

Ten person dorm was COVERED in bedbugs. When we alerted the staff member on duty overnight he said “oh yeah we know, we fumigated already.” I don’t know what they fumigated because covered in bedbugs is not an understatement. Because they are pod beds, both sides, the top, and the mattress were full of bedbugs. Re opening a dorm before a known bedbug problem is properly fixed is so disgusting & irresponsible and I wouldn’t trust them to successfully get rid of them this time either.
