Run by a local family. Cristian was very helpful, friendly and working hard to improve it. There is construction and the main communal areas demolished. There is a dining area with nice but limited breakfast We experienced power outages and intermittent Internet connection. We did also lose water a couple of times. Our private room with bathroom was basic, needed maintenance on sink and toilet. Mosquitoe net had holes and we found a snake around the toilet.

The staff and owner Christian were very accommodating. Best location, backs right onto the beach. Christian and his workers are currently renovating parts of the hostel and im excited to see how it ends up when it’s all fully done. Cheap and delicious food.

Nicely located & they rent out scooters to get around. A lot of bugs but expected but the mosquito net I got had holes in it. At times the dorm and bathrooms weren’t as clean as I’d like but the staff always sorted it out. The family who run it are so kind and helpful! The food is amazing but I did find a hair in my dinner one night but I got my food for free. The baby is SUPER cute. I enjoyed my stay and it was good for the price and a nice chance to support locally owned hostels.
