I spent two nights at the Eco Farm in March 2026 during my solo travel around Laos. Great staff and super knowledgeable of the place: for instance, their daily tour to Muang Ngoi was organized to not “queue” with the other tour organizers. Beds were normal, and showers were very spacious. At the end of the day, I wish I had stayed more in that area and tried their two-day tour along the river. The only remark is that it is far from the van station, so you might need a tuk-tuk to get there.

Stunning location and rooms are very comfortable. Staff is very helpful and it feels great to support their English teaching project! Easy to book the 3-day trek through the hostel which was an amazing experience

FAVOURITE hostel I've stayed in so far!! owner is fantastic, rooms are worth more than the price, great social space, and you can book the mountain camping hike right there. only downside was no locks on the dorm room doors. I think they've only been open for a few months when I went so they're probably still working out some kinks (would also love to see mirrors in the bathroom!)
