Disgusting. When we got there there was no reception (although it was already 1pm). There was no communication about any lock box code, so if a staff member was not there we would not have been able to even get into our room. The room itself was by far the dirtiest hostel room I have ever stayed in. The sheets were obviously unclean, the shower would not drain, there was no hand soap, and bugs crawling around. Within 20 minutes of being in the room, a group of homeless men attacked a public worker, and thos

The staff was very understanding and flexible with us. Everyone was super nice and helpful. The bar downstairs was nice with great food, but not too noisy at night. Had a great stay in a great neighborhood!
