Hostel Ya Mute is a calm, clean, relaxed place in the capital of Manica Province, Chimoio, an important departure point in Central Mozambique.

Located within walking distance to the center of town it offers knowledgeable and friendly staff, a quiet garden, comfortable rooms, a communal kitchen and most importantly a place to chill and plan your next move.

Visit the nearby Chimanimani National Park and the highest peak in Mozambique (Mount Binga), local sightseeing points like the mystical Cabeca de Velho and the Cachoeira da Amizade, or head to increasingly important conservationist Gorongoza National Park in Sofala Province. Take the train to the coastal city of Beira or travel to points north like Victoria Falls or Great Zimbabwe, Lake Malawi and surrounding attractions or head south to the beautiful beaches of the coast of Mozambique like Inhassoro, Vilanculos, and Tofo.
