More than just a place to sleep, we aim to make your stay memorable through personalized service and local insights. From Singapore’s dazzling city lights and vibrant nightlife to its beautiful parks and lush greenery, we want to help you discover the many sides of this exciting city.
Our capsule pod concept provides a practical and comfortable alternative to traditional hotel stays, allowing you to rest, recharge, and spend more of your time experiencing Singapore.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION
1. CANCELLATION AND AMENDMENT POLICY
- All cancellations, refunds, and reservation amendments are subject to the cancellation policy and terms stated on the booking platform at the time of reservation.
- The hostel reserves the right to cancel any reservation without prior notice if the credit card provided is declined or invalid.
- Exceptions to the non-refundable booking policy may be considered if the guest who made the reservation is hospitalized due to sickness or injury. A copy of the relevant medical certificate must be submitted along with the refund request. Each case will be assessed based on the circumstances and is subject to review and approval by the hostel management.
2. RECEPTION AND OPERATING HOURS
- Reception is open daily from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
- Visitors and non-guests are strictly prohibited from entering guest rooms and dormitory areas.
- Visitors may only access the Level 2 reception and common area during hostel operating hours.
- Guests arriving after reception hours will receive self-check-in instructions via the email address provided on the booking platform before the reception counter closes on their arrival date. Please check your inbox, spam, and junk folders for the instructions.
3. AIR-CONDITIONING OPERATING HOURS
- The air-conditioning in the dormitory rooms will be switched off daily from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
- We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.
4. CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT
- Check-in: From 2:00 PM.
- Check-out: By 12:00 PM.
- Guests must present valid photo identification at check-in.
- Singapore residents: NRIC or applicable Singapore identification.
- Non-residents of Singapore: Passport only.
- Early check-in is subject to bed availability and cannot be guaranteed.
- Late check-out is not available.
- Guests may store their luggage in the designated luggage storage area before check-in or after check-out during hostel operating hours.
5. RESERVATIONS AND PAYMENT
- Beds are automatically assigned, and requests for upper or lower bunks cannot be guaranteed.
- Guests may contact us to request their preferred bed assignment. All special requests are subject to availability on the arrival date.
- For group bookings involving multiple guests in the same dormitory room, we cannot guarantee that all guests will be allocated beds in the same room. Please contact us with your request, and we will do our best to accommodate your group.
- Full payment is required at the time of reservation or upon check-in.
- Accepted payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, JCB, UnionPay, and cash.
6. CHILD AND MINOR POLICY
- The hostel accepts guests aged 6 years and above only.
- Guests aged 18 and under who are travelling alone or with other minors must submit a parental consent form completed by their parent or legal guardian.
- All consent forms are subject to review and approval by the hostel management.
7. HOSTEL RULES AND REGULATIONS
To ensure a comfortable and pleasant stay for everyone, all guests are required to observe the following rules.
SMOKING AND FOOTWEAR
- Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the hostel premises.
- Please remove your shoes before entering the rooms.
FOOD AND BEVERAGES
- Eating and drinking are not permitted in the rooms or capsules, except for plain water.
- Food, snacks, and beverages are not allowed in the dormitory rooms. Please use the designated common area for eating and drinking.
- Guests must wash their dishes and dispose of rubbish properly in the designated areas.
PROHIBITED ITEMS
- Pets and durians are strictly prohibited throughout the hostel premises.
NOISE AND GUEST CONDUCT
- Please keep noise to a minimum in the dormitory rooms after 10:00 PM and turn off the lights during this time.
- All guests are expected to behave reasonably and responsibly and to respect the comfort and privacy of others.
- Any behaviour that disturbs other guests or violates hostel rules may result in the guest being required to leave the premises immediately.
CHECK-OUT AND HOSTEL PROPERTY
- Please return your locker key to the reception counter upon check-out.
- Please leave the towel and blanket inside your assigned pod.
- A penalty of S$30 per item will be charged for any lost or damaged locker keys, towels, or blankets, as applicable.
LIABILITY AND DAMAGES
- Bluewaters Pods accepts no liability for death, illness, injury, loss, theft, or damage to guests’ personal belongings, subject to applicable law.
- Guests are responsible for keeping their personal belongings secure at all times.
- Guests are liable for any loss of or damage to hostel property beyond normal wear and tear.
- Charges for losses or damages may be applied to the credit card used for the original booking, where applicable.
