Accommodation with minors is subject to the responsibility of an adult, only in a private room.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The hostel undertakes to comply with what is described in the different marketing materials.
The guest is responsible for respecting and complying with the hostel's rules and regulations.

FORCE MAJEURE EVENTS

The hostel guarantees, within its possibilities, the security of belongings and the care of the guest's well-being during their stay. At the same time, it is not responsible for the loss or theft of personal belongings.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Reservations will be considered cancelled when cancellation is requested in writing, confirmed by the hostel.

Up to 15 days before the start of the stay, you will only be charged 10% of your stay. In case of having paid the full stay, 90% of the amount paid will be refunded.

Within 14 days prior to the stay, 100% of the contracted amount will be charged as a penalty for this cancellation.

Once the stay has begun, modifications, suspensions or interruptions of the services by the passenger for personal reasons will not give rise to a claim, refund or reimbursement.

Rescheduling: We offer rescheduling of dates for 1 (one) year from the date of booking, free of charge. Subject to availability, it does not freeze the rate in case you want to extend your stay.
