i showed up at 3, my room wasn't ready. she told me to wait 30 min. then, i showed up and the room was dirty, water everywhere, it still smelled like people were just in there. i could tell the room was just occupied- i told the woman, and she wiped it, that is all. the room was spacious, maybe it was because they were busy. not great though. the location is fine.

Upon arrival, I was repeatedly pressured into buying tickets for various events. My room did not have toilet paper or towels in it when I got there. I could not open the front gate when I returned late at night because there was a secured latch at the bottom which was impossible for me to open from the outside (I had to hop over the wall). They then attempted to charge me for two waters from the minibar at checkout, when that was simply another thing they forgot to restock in the room.

Fantastic value for money, probably one of the nicest rooms we've stayed in on our trip so far. The room was very clean and comfortable, with cotton bedding, a balcony and a mini fridge. We didn't realise that breakfast was also included, which was a nice surprise, and the banana pancakes were delicious. The ladies working there were also very kind and lovely. Thank you!
