A lot of hostels in Japan are like hotels with bunk beds, but this is a proper backpackers hostel. Just 4 bunks inside a cute little surf themed café. Great location, with proximity to Miyagi Seawall, Sunabe beach, and American Village. Not to mention countless bars and restaurants. The hotel Cafe is vibrant. Catering to locals, tourists, and military alike. Cheap, tasty thai food, friendly talkative staff. Fun solo, but if you have three friends who surf, snorkel, or fish this could be the GOAT
