Zenith Basecamp is a place for the adventure-inspired community to gather with other like-minded explorers to bond and share stories.

We provide indoor glamping for outdoor enthusiasts, an elevated cocktail bar, a community space with shared common areas and restrooms, and unique retail.

Recharge amidst your adventures or launch your North Shore excursions directly from the Basecamp in the Lincoln Park Craft District in Duluth, Minnesota.

Zenith Basecamp Policy and Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 48 hs before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the first night of your stay.

Check in from 15:00 to 00:00 .
Check out from 00:00 to 11:00 .

Payment upon arrival by credit and debit cards.

Place was nice but the rooms all have gaps at the tops of the walls between them, so from a sound perspective it's as if you're staying in the same room as the people either side of you. You can hear everything! Not sure why it was built this way as it looks like an intentional design choice. Also the bar doesn't sell beer.

Great facility, as advertised. Clean. All staff that I interacted with were friendly. Reduced one star because there is no noise canceling between rooms - could hear everything in the rooms next to me. With that said, free ear plugs are offered. And I do recommend staying here!
