We are a small, simple, no frills hostel, not a hotel, just clean and comfortable accommodation.
We have an outdoor smoking area, a common room and kitchen, very well equipped, for the use of our guests. We also have BBQ, wifi, TV.
It is a safe and quiet place. Where guests can enjoy the peace and quiet (parties or noise are not allowed after 11 pm).
We have 3 free outdoor car parks with approach light all night and a camera in each car park recording 24 hours a day and communal alarm. The most important thing is that nothing has ever happened to any vehicle, we are very visible.
We are near the main supermarket of the city Jumbo and the Regional Stadium four blocks away, five blocks from the sea (it is very close to the beach El Balneario), three blocks from the Military Hospital, one block from Avenida Argentina, on the corner there are 2 lines of buses - taxis: 811 and 116 that you can take them outside, in front of the door of the Bus Terminal for only 1.300 per day and when you return you leave them for the same value at the same door of the Bus Terminal. One block away there is a state transport service that takes you to the north and south of the city for 600 Chilean pesos.
