dreamfactory - Hostel Krakow Policy & Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 3 days before arrival. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the full amount of the stay.

Check-in from 3:00 PM to 11:00 AM (if you arrive AFTER 11 p.m., press 7 on the intercom on the righthand side of the main door and wait until reception opens the door for you)
Check-out before 11:00 AM

Payment upfront by credit or debit cards.
This property will charge your card before arrival.

Towel Rent: Small 8,50 PLN, Big 12,50 PLN.

Location is unbelievable and staff is helpfull. But that’s where it ends. I stayed three nights and I’m so sleep deprived. The beds are so insanely creaky that any time someone rolls over it fills the room with squeaking metal. All night. The keypad to get in the room is crazy loud too so you hear every person entering a screaming 7 digit number every time they go in and out. Facilities are gross with poo in toilets, dishes in sink, and unkept rooms with poorly cleaned beds. Never again.

Great location and suitable amenities. Super lovely and helpful staff. The place did get very dirty despite a thorough cleaning each morning. Seems just a lot of people in one place who aren’t used to communal living. There are signs to be mindful, but hallways and bathrooms were being strewn with trash, mud, hair, and tissues anyways. Some extra effort from admin to create a culture of polite living with others would go a long way.

it was a bit dirty and the toilets and showers were always gross. only 2 toilets and 2 sinks for a whole floor so often had to wait - on multiple occasions i had to tell staff that the toulet paper was empty. bed was relativly comfortable and was in a great location right on yhe old square but i probably wont be back
