Casa de Rosa is a FEMALE-ONLY tropical social hostel in the heart of Puerto Escondido, created for women traveling solo or with friends who are looking for comfort, community and an easy way to experience the local side of Puerto.
Our idea is simple: a house where women from different places can arrive, feel comfortable, meet other travelers and enjoy Puerto Escondido at their own pace. Social when you want it, relaxed when you need it.
We are located in the center of town, close to Benito Juárez Market, one of the best places to experience everyday life in Puerto. You can find fresh fruit, juices, local ingredients and affordable Mexican food just a few minutes from the house.
From Casa de Rosa you can easily explore some of Puerto Escondido’s best-known beaches and neighborhoods, including Manzanillo, Carrizalillo, Bacocho, Rinconada and Zicatela.
### The House
Casa de Rosa offers female dorms and private rooms, all with air conditioning.
Around the house you will also find:

The atmosphere is casual, tropical and social without being a party hostel.
### Come Alone, Find Your People
Casa de Rosa is especially designed with solo female travelers in mind.
Our team and volunteer community help create an environment where meeting people happens naturally. You can cook together, spend the afternoon at the beach, share recommendations or simply hang out at the house.
Depending on the week and season, we organize simple activities such as communal breakfasts or dinners, salsa classes, movie nights, yoga, volleyball trips to Zicatela, wellness activities and spontaneous plans around Puerto.
There is no pressure to participate. The idea is simply to make it easier to connect.

Casa de Rosa is surrounded by everyday Puerto Escondido life: markets, cafés, seafood restaurants, small local businesses and neighborhoods that many travelers miss when they stay only around the main tourist areas.
Beaches, restaurants and nightlife are easy to reach, and scooter rentals nearby make it simple to explore Puerto Escondido and the surrounding coast with more freedom.

### Policies & Conditions
**Female-only property:** Casa de Rosa accommodates women only. Please keep this in mind when making your reservation.
**Cancellation policy:** 48 hours before arrival.
**Check-in:** From 15:00.
**Check-out:** Before 12:00.
**Payment:** On arrival.
Taxes are not included in the rate.
Breakfast is not included unless otherwise specified in your reservation.
**Reception hours:** 8:00 am to 8:00 pm.
Late check-in is possible with prior coordination by WhatsApp or email.
Pets may be accepted in private rooms only, subject to prior confirmation from the team. An additional fee may apply.
