Really enjoyed our stay at Serena Tam Coc Hotel & Villa. The room was new, beautifully designed, and very clean. The bed was surprisingly soft and comfortable, and we slept really well after a day exploring Tam Coc and Trang An. What made the stay even better was the staff. Everyone was so friendly and genuinely helpful. They were always available, happy to answer questions, and helped us with everything we needed. The service made us feel very welcome and at home. highly recommend
