Bed bugs, terrible. First checked in met with no receptionist, even after selecting the time I would be there (like 9pm not even that late) had to wait around and phone a guy before checking in. Never got a key for the room or hostel building.’ so all doors are always left unlocked even in the female only dorms. The kitchen is a mess also. Woke up at 2am to bed bugs everywhere, bed, bags and bathrooms. I left and phoned the manager, asked for a refund he said not my problem and hung up lol.
