Terms and Conditions:
Cancellation Policy: Cancellation or withdrawal free of charge may be requested within 7 (seven) days after the booking. After this period, 100% of the total reservation amount will be charged.
Date and/or room modifications may be made free of charge when requested within 7 (seven) days after booking confirmation, subject to availability and the applicable rate for the desired period. After this period, the total value of the reservation will be charged.
After 7 (seven) days from the arrival date, the "cancellation or withdrawal" policy described above applies.
Early departure refers to the act of all or part of the guests deciding to leave before the contracted date. The property does not provide any refund in these cases.
A no-show is defined as the guest's failure to arrive by 11:59 PM on the check-in date. No refund will be issued in this case, and the total value of the reservation will be charged.
Complimentary stay is granted for children from 0 to 2 years old.
