Inn and Out Express Sea Point

No security or guard. anyone could walk into the building from the street at any time of the day. Door directly goes to the stairs that lead up the whole building. The rooms are so hot that people keep dorm doors open for air circulation. So anyone could come in the building, then could walk into your room, because the doors are always kept open for temp! My locker did not work. Reception tried to fix. Person in my room gave me zip ties for my stuff. Bathroom door did not lock. No hand soap.
