Excellent, welcoming staff and owner. Great social but mellow hostel conveniently located with a nice view. Solid atmosphere and property.

Great location and genuinely friendly staff — both big plusses. Wi-Fi was solid too. However, a few things stood out. Our “private” room had windows that opened directly into the communal living area, which was unexpected and killed the privacy. The bathroom on our floor was out of service for most of our stay, which was a real inconvenience. The kitchen was the biggest letdown — consistently dirty, no sponge, and dishes left sitting out with lingering odors.

A really good hostel, I would recommend a stay here. Pros: - excellent rooftop terrace, one of the best places I’ve seen to meet people - good bathrooms - good kitchen - good location - the hostel workers often played music in the foyer Cons: - the dorms were fairly crowded (16 people) - no way to open the front door without pressing the buzzer when locked
