Bad experience, proceed with caution. I wish I could give this place a better review because the woman who checked us in was very nice as were the cleaning staff, and the grounds are nice. However, we had an awful experience with one of the staff—-a guy who works at the hotel. He basically made a mistake, miscommunicated that we could get a taxi in the morning, and when I asked for his help the next morning as agreed upon, he yelled at us and told me it was my fault. Awful energy. I’d avoid.

Really great option in Copacabana! In a nice area, cheap & great food options! The staff were really lovely & helpful.

Lovely lodge, with beautiful details direct at the beach. Easy distance to the city but quite to get some rest if needed. The stuff is so helpful and lovely. We would definitely go there again!
