Very welcoming and lovely staff. Marouane, Ayoub, Mohssine and Achraf were always available and ready to help. The location is perfect, near local shops and restaurants in the heart of the old medina. Showers are hot and kitchen is well equipped to cook a healthy meal from freshly bought veggies from local market. Thank you Ayoub for the cozy vibes and hospitality spirit you bring to the hostel! The host was initially friendly and helpful but became an overwhelming presence and did not respect or enforce quiet hours; we even had to ask them to be quiet at 1 a.m. We observed that some bed sheets were not changed between guests, and blankets were never washed. Privacy was minimal, with bathroom stalls opening directly onto common areas. Rather than being a relaxing place to return to, the hostel felt more overwhelming than the city itself.
