Check Inn CA

First time staying at a Hostel and it went flawlessly. I didn't think it would be so clean for the price, but seriously I couldn't find one thing to complain about.

This is a great hostel in downtown Toronto. I have stayed here many times the last couple of years. The recent renovations are an added plus as the rooms are neat and tidy and facilities are new and fresh. The Queen Street West location is great to reach the street’s many shopping, dining, and entertainment opportunities. The street car that runs along Queen makes travel to and from the downtown core easy and affordable. The hotel provides excellent value for money.

Everything is in good condition, the washrooms were clean enough and there were enough of them that you never have to wait. Rooms have AC but mine seemed to be damaged so it was horribly warm the first night and it was making the noise of an airplane (bring earplug) but they took care of it really quick. Overall I had a really great experience for a very cheap hostel that is still reasonably close to downtown.
