The room was not cleaned before arrival, there was a broken window with the pillow stuffed in it. And it was hard to get hold of any staff to check in. It was evident they were trying but it was not good.

I could not recommend this hostel enough. Nam kindly welcomed me in at 4am and brought me straight to a clean and spacious room. He was extremely helpful with everything from local recommendations to bike rental to any other queries. This was my favourite hostel in all of Vietnam and I accredit this to the host Nam who was truly brilliant throughout.

i stayed here for a few nights and really enjoyed it. The dorm was clean, the bathroom was well maintained, and everyone was respectful. The staff made me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. Great value for the price. Highly recommend!!
