Luang Prabang Mountain View Hostel

Location is great, really close to the night market and main roads, but still quiet. I had to work remotely while staying here and the common area was a great place to get things done. Plenty of seating and outlets. Tam, Lum and Theng were helpful and friendly. We were able to book a two day one night trip to Nong Khiaw through the hostel. Stayed in a private room that was very clean, but I was still able to meet a lot of people in the common area. Definitely go to Touk Touk coffee nearby

Calm hostel with ambitions of being more popular. The bathroom reeked, and I saw how they overcharged in comparison to other hostels. There was something up with the ventilation because I found it stuffy. It is also not a Laotian hostel. With that said, I felt safe, welcome, and able to sleep soundly in a somewhat downtown location.

I stayed here for four nights as a solo female traveler (in a private room) and it was great. Perfect location (2 min walk to the night market) but quiet. Very clean and comfortable. Nice pool. The only thing is that as it’s a very new hostel it wasn’t very busy so it’s more of a place for those looking for a chilled, friendly vibe (not a party hostel at all). Probably perfect for couples, non-party groups of friends and solo travellers. I would stay again 😊
