Apartments Perast

The little town of Perast is situated at the foot of St. Elijah Hill (873 m), opposite the narrow Verige strait, where the innermost bays of Risan and Kotor converge. This eastern-most shore was the earliest inhabited area in the Boka. The remains of a Neolithic culture (3500 BC) have been discovered in the caves of Spila above Perast. Preceded by two jewel-like islands, Perast is focused on the sea.


Outside of the house is almost 300 years old, the interior was made in 1979 with some renovation of modern times. The yard is full of greenery.

In front of house there are terraces (200sqm) with beautiful view and with garden furniture, chaises, outdoor shower, barbecue...
First floor: Terrace for dining covered with an awning; porch; kitchen with two refrigerators, gas and electric stove; laundry; place for seating.
Second Floor: Apartment with three beds; apartment with two beds and a balcony.
Third Floor: Two rooms with shared bathroom; Room with private bathroom; access to garden behind the house.
You can use the food for breakfast which is in the fridge on marked shelf .
Internet is in our private place but you can use it, apartment with two beds has its own internet connection.
All rooms have air condition and view on the sea.

Transport from Tivat airport is 15euros. Transport to Kotor is 10euros. To city of Tivat and Herceg Novi 20euros. Budva 30euros. Bar and Podgorica 45euros.
