BCC Loch Ness Hostel

Kitchen was too small for more than one party at a time to make dinner. Dining area also had limited space. Kitchen wasn't clean. Room was clean and roomy, comfortable. Didn't get a notice about not supplying towels until day before we arrived. (Note on staff rating: Did not meet any staff during our one night there.)

There was confusion at the beginning with the room but this was sorted. The kitchen is not accessible for a chair- user. The room was clean and spacious. It was fine for one- night stay close enough to Loch Ness

Utterly disappointed. Arrived to find that our room wasn't clean. difficult to get hold of anyone as no onsite reception and only available through a 'chat' system. Offered another room, also not cleaned and this continued as apparently nothing had been cleaned. Eventually given a phone number of someone (not sure who) and moved to another hostel, but by then had wasted 2-2.5hours back and forth on this chat, hanging around at the hostel.
