These comfortable one-room apartments have been recently renovated and tastefully decorated with modern furnishings.They are consisting of;
-living area with sofa bed, TV / SAT-TV, air conditioner
-fully equipped/basic kitchenette allowing to prepare breakfast and simple light meals or quick snacks,
-open sleeping nook with double bed
-Private bathroom & Shower with constant hot water.
Bed-linen, towels, air conditioning,tourist tax, VAT are included in a price.
Staying at our apartment you will find comfort, freedom, privacy and more space than in an ordinary property room. You will stay in a spacious and centrally located apartment with all the facilities you have at home to make your stay a pleasant experience.
A person in charge is always available in emergency either on the premises or by phone.
Dubrovnik is one of the most beautiful Croatian towns, where you can feel an authentic Mediterranean atmosphere.
