Charming studio located on the third and last floor (with no lift) of an old building.
The flat was fully renovated in 2013 and is ideal for a couple or a family with children. It is equipped with kitchen corner, table, double bed and bathroom with every comfort (toilet, bidet and shower).
The whole flat is furnished with independent central heating and aluminum and double glazed casing (ideal for protecting the internal temperatures of the environments of your liking).
Please note:
Only cash payment on arrival
Please to avoid long wait near the studio you have to confirm 1 day before time of your arrival.
This is an apartment not an hotel...So I don't have reception and nobody will wait you without confirmation of your arrival.
You have to pay the whole amount at your arrival..when you receive the keys (better by cash)
Check in from 2pm to 11pm (after there is an add of 10€)
Check out before 11am. Different solution ....on request.
No pets and no smoking in the apartment.
It's forbidden to smoke in the apartments.
Upon your arrival managers will give you the keys and you will be completely independent while staying in the apartment.
