It’s 30 sqm on 1st floor, bright, quite and furnished with care.
1st floor no lift in a nice little building with 4 floors, nice white parquet floor, it's composed by a one bedroom with double bed, single bed on an upper level with a stair, table and chairs, little kitchenette with basic utensils to cook something, bathroom with shower.
