Akin House - Pink House is part of 5 historical buildings in one of the oldest part of Istanbul known as Balat. We separate them according to building colours. Each building is 40 meters away from each other. İf you want to feel real and old Istanbul, Balat and Akin House is best answer. Our houses are nicely done and decorated but as they are historical buildings we don't have elevators. Our office is open 24 hours and you can call us 24 hours. We provide cleaning service and laundry service to our guests.
Balat area is known as old Jewish and Christian area on Ottoman empire time. That's why this area is surrounded by many churches, Christian schools, Jewish synagogues, Jewish shops, mosques, beautiful old houses, interesting architecture and full of history. It is just 3,5km away from Sultanahmet area and 2,5 km away from Spice market area. There is transportation by many public buses, ferry and even by walking, it will take 20 minutes walk to Spice market area.
Akin Pink House has 4 floors and each floor has 1 room. Each room has own bathroom. We have 2 standard double rooms, 1 single room and 1 sea view triple room with kitchen .
