The staff needs more training on how to handle the guests needs. They are lacking hospitality knowledge.

Awesome spot and great facilities. Mohammed at the reception was fantastic and went above and beyond to make sure our stay was perfect.

Good spot to have your diving, hotel, and beach all in the same location. It is at the end of the beach so it's quieter, but that means you need to walk a bit if you want to get into town to shop or eat. Their restaurant is great, and there's a great Indian place up the hill. Pete was a great dive guide. The Thistlegorm is a must!
