A great location right next to the twin malls, and close enough to the bus station to get there with a pleasant walk next to the ocean. Many thanks to Eliana for welcoming me into her home. I enjoyed the family vibe and her patience to help me out. The heater in the rooms made the stay comfortable and the showers were hot and had good pressure, although the hot water runs out fairly quickly. We had a nice conversation at breakfast and she was flexible with the checkout. Would stay here again!

It’s tough to write a balanced review when they didn’t have my reservation even though it was confirmed on Hostelworld. This happened to a friend last week as well so I WOULDN’T book with them on Hostelworld!!! After some “discussion” they did find a room for me. Not sure why that wasn’t the first option. Zero hostel vibe. More of a basic hotel with shared bath and breakfast (although I had to leave before breakfast to catch a bus). Also, showers are only scalding or cold
