more of a hotel vibe - which I liked after doi by the loop. Owner stayed up late for check in and approved late check out due to getting sleeper bus.

Clean, quiet and a very good location just up the hill away from the noise and business of Sa Pa town. A 5 minute walk got you to all the shops and restaurants. Highly recommend it must be brand new so the don’t let the lack of reviews fool you great value and a wonderful stay!
