We have 10 large apartment-type rooms. Majority are one bedroom apartments, consisting of bedroom and living room. All rooms contain: comfortable beds with 2 pillows per person, 100% cotton covers and sheets, mini-bar, free wireless internet, LCD TV with cable TV, direct line phone, bathroom with tub and toilet, air-condition, writing table, kitchenette without cooking utensils....
CitiHotel Veliki is a boutique accommodation in the city center of Novi Sad. Our 19th century building is protected by the Institute for Conservation of Cultural Heritage of Novi Sad, and has the status of historic and cultural landmark. The building was reconstructed in 1998 with appealing and modern interior, but it has also preserved its original external features.
Cancellation Policy:
All reservations can be canceled at least 3 days before your arrival without any charge. If the reservation is canceled later, your credit card will be charged for the full price of the first night’s stay of the booking.
Cancellation Policy during the High season: From the 1st of May to the 31st of August
If the reservation is canceled on the day of arrival the whole amount of reservation will be charged.

Cash or credit card accepted for payment of balance.
Pets Policy: We do accept pets. We charge 10 euro per pet per night.
Parking policy: Parking needs to be reserved and is charged 5 euro per day.
