It was a little out of ways from central city but right next to tollwood grounds and not far from train station so that was great. Grocery store around the corner was a plus too.

Fantastic! Very good for a basic hotel, comfy beds, the room had a microwave and a fridge, there is also a breakfast room where you can consume your own food (no breakfast provided) and there is free tea coffee and hot chocolate in there. The owner is friendly and helpful, for example he gave me extra pillows when I asked and let us leave our bags there for the day after we checked out. The toilets and showers are shared (i.e. not in the rooms) but this was fine for me! Thanks for a great stay

Great value for money. Great location, only 3 tram stops from Marienplatz. Good amenities, coffee machine, good shower and fridge/ microwave in room. The only downside was an unpleasant smell in the room and main door left unlocked, potentially overnight. Fabulous weekend!
