This small hotel with 15 rooms, recently opened, located on the Gran Via Corts Catalans, just off University Square in the heart of the city in a building from the late nineteenth century, typical of the period, style modernists (Catalan art Nouveau) and characteristic of the Eixample.
A few minutes walk from the Ramblas and Paseo de Gracia, which are the most popular streets of the city. It has tried to respect the maximum ceilings and original floors and keep the atmosphere of that time.
All rooms have private bathroom with hairdryer, air conditioning cold / warm, safe, free wifi. Some have a private sun room.
We are just 100 metres from the aerobus bus station in Plaza Universitat, so it is the perfect location if you come to Barcelona by plane.

Cancellation and changes allow 10 days before arrival. After that, hotel will charge full amount dividing into two: 50% 10 days prior arrival and the other 50% on the check in date.
