Stayed in a private room and it felt like a nice hotel. Super clean and spacious and room service even an option. Is well located near shops restaurants and bars and security is v good. Breakfast included, quite basic but v nice! No social spaces so not really an atmosphere or easy to meet other people, but good if u are looking for central clean and safe space in BA / are travelling as a couple. Would stay again
