I understand that for the price you can't expect much, and that's fine, but there should at least be a minimum level of cleanliness in the rooms. The mattress was far from clean and full of dust mites, which gave me a rash, so I won't be coming back. The door is usually unlocked, the staff are rude or unwilling to help. They lie about having luggage storage (It's just one guy sitting with your luggage, who leaves frequently). The lockers are not free they are paid, and for 10 euros you get a locker that when an item is placed atop opens from the top! So while in Rome your items are never safe here. There were also bedbugs, and when I showed a video to the staff he accused me of being a scammer (I'll upload the photos to a Google review).
