Dear concerned, This is not a hostel. It was an apartment in a residential building. I placed my luggage beside the entrance door there were no storage places and I felt that it was unsafe. There was no reception area a guy was sitting on a chair with a small table in the corridor. The toilet that I used had a really small sink like the one in train's toilet. The toilet seat was broken and was fixed with tape (picture is available). The room was cold and I turned on the heating to survive.

Rude and dishonest staff. Switched the mattress from another bed because it was sagging. Just a tiny thing, and I apologized immediately. But they emailed me after I checked out saying I caused them extra cleaning work, which only took 20 seconds, will ban my future reservations and even canceled my booking to prevent me leaving a review. Contacted Hostelworld support to write this, will contact them again if it gets deleted. Avoid this place, many others to choose from in Rome.
