General Terms and Conditions
All guests must be of at least 18 years of age to be able to check-in at the Hostel.
Swimming pool is at an additional charge if booked through Hostelworld
Alcohol is strictly not permitted inside the premises.
It is mandatory for guests to present valid photo identification at the time of check-in. According to Government regulations, a valid Photo ID has to be carried by every person staying at the hostel.
The identification proofs accepted are Passport, Aadhar Card, Driving License and Voter ID card. PAN Card is not accepted as a valid ID Card. Guests with Local IDs will not be allowed admission.
Payment taken at the time of reservations is strictly non-refundable.
Refund policy is not applicable on this website.
Ostel.in follows the dynamic tariff tool.
This is a hostel and not a hotel, guests are supposed to abide by the rules mentioned here on the website as well as at the pre Guest are responsible for their own personal belongings.
Property has its own pets, guest pets are not allowed.
Breakfast is not inclusive of the room rate cited. It is charged over and extra at the property only.
Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the Hostel, or if any inappropriate behavior is brought to the attention of the hostel, the hostel reserves the right, after the allegations have been investigated, to take action against the guest.
Right to admission is reserved.
Only two wheeler parking is available at the property. Guests can use nearby paid car parking facility.
Visitors are only allowed in entrance porch area until 6pm strictly.
Guests can not bring outsiders inside the property without permission of the manager.
Certain policies are booking specific and they are notified at the time of booking.
Property will charge the full amount to the guest if he/she is found using any bed other than their own assigned bed
Swimming Costume or Dry fit clothes & Swimming caps are compulsory to access the Swimming Pool. (Fine - 2000rs/pp for not following the rules) - Timing : 8am to 7pm.
Outside food is not allowed in the property.
Lounge or common area access post check-out is chargeable.
Take special permission from the central team for property tour (if not pre-booked)
Room or dorm visit only after the standard check-in process at the property.
Booking Extension Policy
Extension of the stay would be provided on current room rates and are subject to availability.
Current room rates may be different from the rates at which the rooms were booked.
Group Policy
Before proceeding with a group booking, please note, Ostel DOES NOT ALLOW dorm booked to be used as a private room, the dorm door cannot be locked from inside.
If the group behavior is deemed unfit at the property, the Property Manager, upon subjective evaluation, retains the full right to take required action which may also result in an on-spot cancellation without refunds.
Ostel reserves the right to admission.
Check-in and Check-out Policy
Standard Check-In time is 1 PM
Standard Check-Out time is 10 AM
Early check-in & Late check-out facility is not available. (Late check-out charges 1000 Rs up to 1pm, post that complete night charges will be charged)
