The staff was super lovely and really accommodating to anything that you asked. They wanted to make your stay really special and relaxed. I had a private room and noticed something that I wasn't happy with in the room. I communicated it with the staff member and the next day I was moved to another room which was perfect and no issues and they were super apologetic though it really wasn't anything to do with them or their service. The breakfast is included and it was really tasty.

Very helpful staff, very clean and lovely breakfast. This hostel didn’t really have a social vibe, however was still nice. Nice showers and hairdryers too. it is around 20 minutes walk to Ipoh old town. Only thing that lets it down is that there is loads of people on drugs and homeless near here who stare. Wouldn’t say it is safe in Ipoh for female solo travellers so be careful.
