the location of this hostel was amazing and the design of it was super beautiful! unfortunately we had a few hiccups that made us leave the same day we checked in. we didn’t receive towels or padlocks and the hostel and facilities had a pungent odor. & when we ultimately asked at the front desk how to check out they said they didn’t know so it could have been due to just new staff members,, but they were graceful enough to offer us a refund for part of the stay even when we didn’t ask for one!

Amazing hostel! Modern decor and clean facilities (e.g coworking space) but with plenty of old school hostel spirit (and a kitchen 🙏). Staff were great and the location is perfect.

Overall an amazing hostel, perfect location in Roma next to so many places to eat, very clean and tidy at all times. The rooftop is very nice as well, a bar would bring some life but that's not one of my priorities. The staff was also super friendly and helpful. Special shout-out to Max for going above and beyond!
