Welcome to Kuxan Condesa, a brand new, cozy hostel right in the heart of Condesa. We’ve created a space that feels more like staying with friends rather than just another stop on your trip.

Our hostel is full of character – from the checkered tile floors and colorful stained glass to comfy dorms and cheerful private rooms. Everything here is designed to make you feel relaxed, comfortable, and part of the family.

Condesa is one of Mexico City’s most famous neighborhoods – full of leafy parks, cafés, and vibrant nightlife – and hostels here are rare. Staying with us means you get to enjoy this beautiful area on a budget.

Kuxan Condesa's Policies and Conditions:

Cancellation policy: 24h before arrival. No refunds after check in. In case of a late cancellation or No Show, you will be charged the full lenght of your stay.

Check in from 14:00.
Check out before 11:00.

Payment upon arrival by card. This property may pre-authorize your credit card.
Taxes not included: City Tax - 25%
Breakfast not included.

The reception service is open from 07:00 to 21:00 (If you're arriving later than 21:00, we'll notify the night guard. He will let you in and show you to your bed.)
We require all guest to have a valid ID (passport or INE)
No curfew.
No smoking inside the building by city law
We do not accept customers younger than 18 years of age.

It was really fun. People are really nice. It's walking distance from all the nightclubs and bars. The only thing is they don't allow outside alcohol.
