They said check in was at 1:00, but when I arrived for 1:00 no one was there till after 2:00 so I just waited. First afternoon there I took a nap in my room and one of the male workers unlocked my room, woke me up, and asked if I was ready to check OUT (huh?!). I told him I had JUST checked in and then he demanded if I had paid or not (I had). 2 nights my key to my room didn't work. Staff doesn't stay onsite so if you need them, you need to text them. Each lockout I waited over an hour for help.

Could not locate my reservation; front desk staff could barely speak English so very difficult to understand; no AC at all; very small rooms for 4 people to share; bathrooms open to everyone so absolutely no privacy at all; I have stayed at many Hostels and this was the absolute worst!!!
