Did a stopover here and booked this location because of the convenience next to the bus stop and late night check ins. The location sent us to a different building and when we got there was a sign about calling them so did that. The reception came and got us from one building walked us to another, then said the room we booked was not available. Instead we stayed in a twin bed which was fine but he still tried to charge the original bigger price. In the end charged us for 3 instead of 2.

They did not have our reservation, but gave us a nice replacement apartment. The shower did not drain and there was no iron. The staff were kind and fixed things promptly. Several items in kitchen were not cleaned. We did not receive check-in instructions and did not have wifi so we waited half an hour to drop off our bags in another location. QR for wifi on their sign did not work. We had 3 hrs with no water which was not their fault. Lots of loud construction in area.
