Really great experience and the personnel was extremely helpful and friendly. I got upgraded to an apartment which was perfect for me and my son. It was really cleanly and tidy. The only complaints could be the hard mattress but mattress hardness is usually a cultural thing and we sleep on too soft in Sweden instead. Also the apartment was a bit far away from the WiFi. Other than that a really awesome stay. Thank you!

They did not have our reservation, but gave us a nice replacement apartment. The shower did not drain and there was no iron. The staff were kind and fixed things promptly. Several items in kitchen were not cleaned. We did not receive check-in instructions and did not have wifi so we waited half an hour to drop off our bags in another location. QR for wifi on their sign did not work. We had 3 hrs with no water which was not their fault. Lots of loud construction in area.
